Web Design

A website that actually books the job

Most small business sites are brochures. They describe the business and then leave the visitor to figure out what to do next. We build the version that turns a visit into a phone call.

The problem

Your site gets traffic. It just doesn't get calls.

Traffic is not the problem for most businesses we talk to. The problem is that a visitor lands, waits four seconds for a hero image, reads a paragraph about your 'commitment to excellence', can't find a phone number without scrolling, and leaves. Nothing about that is a marketing problem — it's a build problem.

  • Over half of mobile visitors leave a page that takes more than 3 seconds
  • No clear next action means the visitor decides to 'come back later' and never does
  • Template builders ship bloated code that caps your Core Web Vitals permanently
  • A site that can't be crawled properly makes every SEO dollar work harder than it should

What you get

Exactly what's included.

No vague retainers. These are the things we actually do every month.

Conversion-first design

Structured around one primary action. Phone number visible at every scroll position, trust signals above the fold, and a form short enough that people actually finish it.

Built for speed

Hand-built rather than assembled from plugins. Images served in modern formats, fonts self-hosted, JavaScript kept off the critical path. Target: sub-2-second load on mobile.

SEO-ready foundation

Semantic markup, schema, clean URL structure, sitemap and a service-page architecture that gives search engines something to rank. Built in from day one, not bolted on.

Yours to keep

You own the domain, the code and the content. No proprietary builder holding your site hostage, no monthly fee just to keep it online.

How we run it

The sequence.

  1. 01

    Map

We agree on the one action the site exists to drive, then map every page back to it.

  2. 02

    Design

Full design of every page you'll actually get. No stock template, no surprises at handover.

  3. 03

    Build

Hand-built, responsive, accessible, and tested on real devices — not just a desktop browser resized.

  4. 04

    Launch

Analytics, call tracking and conversion events wired up, so from day one you can see what the site is doing.

Questions

Answered honestly.

Something not covered here? Ask us directly — we answer every message ourselves.

How quickly will I see results?

Review volume moves fastest — most clients see a meaningful jump within the first 30 days, because the requests start going out immediately. Website work takes 2–6 weeks to build and launch. SEO is the slow one: expect 3–6 months before movement on competitive terms, and be sceptical of anyone who promises faster.

Do you buy or fake reviews?

No, and we'd walk away from the work before doing it. Fake reviews get Google Business Profiles suspended and in several countries they are outright illegal. Everything we generate comes from real customers who actually used your business — we just make it easy for them to say so.

You're based overseas. Why does that work for me?

It means you get senior work at a fraction of a US agency's rate, because our costs are lower — not because the work is thinner. We keep US Eastern and Pacific hours for calls and communicate in writing so nothing gets lost. Our clients today are in Delhi, and we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise — their listings are public, so you can check the rating and review counts we claim in about a minute. That is the whole point: you never have to take our word for anything.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Every plan is month to month with 30 days notice, and there is no setup fee. If it stops being worth it, you stop paying — we would rather earn the next month than lock you into a year of them.

Who owns the website and accounts?

You do — all of it. Domain, code, content, Google Business Profile, analytics. Everything is created in your name from the start. If you leave, you take the whole thing with you and nothing breaks.
